State of the City

Mayor Justin Beaver and Yucaipa City Council invite you to the 2023 State of the City. The event will take place on Thursday, October 19, at the Yucaipa Performing Arts Center. The event will begin with networking at 11 am, and the program will start at noon with lunch being served during the program.
Tickets are on sale now and will be available through Ticketmaster or the YPAC box office.
Nominations
The City of Yucaipa is calling for nominations for citizens and non-profit organizations that have gone above and beyond to make the community a better place. The City of Yucaipa will honor outstanding citizens and public safety personnel during the awards ceremony portion of the State of the City.
This inaugural awards ceremony will honor four individuals and a non-profit organization. The award categories are Citizen of the Year, Non-Profit of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Deputy of the Year, and Firefighter of the Year.
Nominations for the Citizen of the Year and Non-Profit of the Year are now open and will close at 5 pm on Monday, October 2. To submit a nomination, click the links below:
*The Deputy and Firefighter of the Year will be nominated by their peers. The Volunteer of the Year will be selected by the Police Chief from among the ranks of Citizens on Patrol.
