2021-06-14 THE CITY’S REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICES PROVIDER, YUCAIPA DISPOSAL INC, IS REQUESTING AN INCREASE IN THE CHARGES FOR REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICES PURSUANT TO CITY COUNCIL ADOPTED RATE-SETTING PROCEDURES, THAT ARE DETAILED IN SECTION 17(C) OF THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT. IF APPROVED, THE PROPOSED INCREASES IN THE CHARGES WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE ON JULY 1, 2021.
