The Five Winds Country Music Festival is a celebration of the reopening of El Dorado Ranch Park and the new Five Winds Ranch facility. El Dorado Ranch Park has been closed since September 2020 as a result of the El Dorado Fire and the devastation that occurred in the weeks that followed. The City of Yucaipa has been working diligently on improvements to the park and adjacent ranch property to provide residents and surrounding communities a fun, safe, and explorative place for camping, hiking, archery, and equestrian activities.
