Vendor Registration
The City is always interested in securing responsible vendors who can meet its needs promptly, economically and in the desired quality and quantities, and we are committed to providing an equal opportunity for all business enterprises to participate in our contracting services. In order to ensure open interactions with potential vendors and to conduct a fair, transparent and competitive procurement process, the City of Yucaipa is facilitating online vendor registration through BidNet Direct. Registration is free of charge and there is no charge to be notified of proposal and bid opportunities from the City of Yucaipa or to view the awarded Contractor or Consultant.
Vendors registered with the City will automatically be notified via email of the City’s Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Bid (RFB). The BidNet Direct system provides vendors with a more proactive approach and eliminates having to check the City’s Website for new bid opportunities and addenda.
Vendors may edit their profile at any time and are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information. For technical assistance, you may contact BidNet directly. General inquiries may be emailed to the Engineering Division.
