Aqua Aerobics is a drop-in program that is offered to those over 18 years of age. It is focused on being a low-impact workout that minimizes the stress on both muscles and joints. All instructors are trained on how to properly teach an Aqua Aerobics class, but the workouts will vary each day depending on the instructor. The level of difficulty will also be established by the instructor. If the movements or the workout are too difficult for the participant, the instructor will offer variations so that each individual can get the best workout that they can.
