Engineer's Report
06/22/2020Solid Waste RatesAt the Public Hearing, the City Council will hear and consider all objections or protests against the proposed increase in the Charges and/or collection of the Charges for single-family residential service customers on the County Tax Roll for fiscal year 2020-21 calculated. All interested persons will be afforded the opportunity to hear and be heard consistent with Governor Newsom’s Executive Orders pertaining to the Brown Act. Any property owner subject to the proposed increase in the Charges and any owner of a single-family residential parcel may submit a written protest against the proposed increase in the Charges and/or the collection of the Charges on the County Tax Roll, as applicable.
