A completed City Employment Application is required in order to be considered for any job opening. It is important that you review the application carefully. An incomplete application may disqualify you. The City accepts applications for open recruitments only. A separate and complete application is required for each position for which you apply. Supplemental Questionnaire Pursuant to California Public Resources Code Section 5164
If you have applied for employment or applied to serve as a volunteer with the City of Yucaipa for a position covered by Public Resources Code Section 5164 (positions involving supervisory or disciplinary authority over any minor), you will be required to complete the Supplemental Application Questionnaire. The Supplemental Application Questionnaire will be required for the following positions: Community Services, Maintenance, Other (if required in the job announcement).
