The Yucaipa Music and Arts Festival Committee’s primary responsibilities include:
- Engaging in the selection of headline entertainment for the Yucaipa Music and Arts Festival, and
- Considering Yucaipa Music and Arts Festival related issues with the intent to obtain the highest quality services and programming for the event
Meetings are held on an as needed basis until completion of the project.

The Committee is composed of one (1) representative from the Yucaipa Valley Chamber of Commerce, one (1) representative from the Yucaipa-Calimesa News Mirror, three (3) members of the general public, and two (2) members of the City Council. All members and advisory members shall serve a term of no greater than two (2) years. Advisory members are allowed to serve a single term.
