The Five Winds Ranch Improvement Advisory Committee’s primary responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and making recommendations to the City Council as related to the Five Winds property improvements, including recommendations that implement youth oriented directives related to the project, and
- Considering the input from the advisory members and the public generally
Meetings are held on an as needed basis.
The Committee is composed of one (1) member representing each of the following commissions/committees: Economic Development Advisory Committee, Parks & Recreation Commission, Planning Commission, Trails and Open Space Committee, Youth Advisory Committee, and two (2) non-voting Councilmembers.
