The City’s WebLink Portal provides access to view and print many City documents, including commission and committee Agendas, Agenda Packets, Minutes, and staff reports.  To access a particular document open the “Commissions & Committees” folder, choose the appropriate body, then browse to the date of the meeting you wish to view.

The Economic Development Advisory Committee’s primary responsibilities include providing information to the City Council regarding programs and activities necessary to achieve the City’s economic development goals.

The Committee consists of one member representing each of the following organizations:  Chamber of Commerce, Property Owner on I-10, Board of Realtors, Crafton Hills College, Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District, Financial Institution, Local Developer, Yucaipa Valley Water District,  Uptown Business District, two Public At-Large members, and two non-voting Councilmembers.  Replacement members from each represented group are nominated by the Committee and approved by Council.  You may contact the General Services/City Clerk’s Department at 909-797-2489, ext. 221 to be notified of vacancies and appointment procedures.

Meetings are held bi-monthly on the 1st Thursday of January, March, May, July, September and November
