The City’s WebLink Portal provides access to view and print many City documents, including commission and committee Agendas, Agenda Packets, Minutes, and staff reports.  To access a particular document open the “Commissions & Committees” folder, choose the appropriate body, then browse to the date of the meeting you wish to view.

The Ad-Hoc Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee’s primary responsibilities include reviewing and making recommendations to the City Council regarding the following matters:

  • The preparation of the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy document
  • The selection of development projects that will be authorized to apply for Economic Adjustment Assistance Grants
  • The implementation of directives as related to the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy

The Committee consists of sixteen members representing each of the following organizations: two (2) City Council Members, CEO of the Chamber of Commerce, representative from Crafton Hills College, representative from the Workforce Investment Board, representative from a labor group, representative from a minority group, and nine business representatives.  You may contact the General Services/City Clerk’s Department at 909-797-2489, ext. 221 to be notified of vacancies and appointment procedures.

The Ad-Hoc Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee meets on a bi-monthly basis on the second Thursday of February, April, June, August, October, and December beginning at 5:00 p.m.
